You may use the commission as icon/profile picture with credit in your bio.
A watermarked, low-resolution version of the commissioned piece will be provided for you to post online, should you wish to post it online. You are not allowed to post the original piece.
You are not allowed to edit, modify, or commission someone other than me to edit the commissioned artwork. Kindly ask me for revisions.
I can only do my art style. Please do not ask me to copy/mimic a different artist's art style.
I may or may not post your commissions online.
To avoid any potential conflict and to protect both the artist and the client, payments can be paid either Upfront (paid in full) or Half and Half (50% down payment).
For the Half and Half option, the remaining 50% must be paid before I finish the commission.
Payments will be made through PayPal for international clients, BDO and GCash for Philippines-based clients.
For PayPal mode of payment, I will send an invoice once I approve the commission. Invoices will be in PHP (Philippine Peso) currency. (1 USD = 50 PHP).
For BDO and GCash mode of payment, my details and payment form will be sent once I approve the commission.
NO CRYPTOCURRENCY. I am not accepting any form of Cryptocurrency as payment.
Commissions are strictly non-refundable once I've started sketching. Please think about it thoroughly before applying for a commission.
You may request for refund if I am unable to start the commission within 3 months.
In the event that I’m unable to finish your commission due to unforeseen circumstances (personal reasons, etc.), payment for the remaining 50% of your commission will not be required. This applies to those who opted-in for Half-Half as your payment type. For those who opted-in to pay in full, I will refund half of the amount paid.
I have the right to post the commissioned artwork on my social media unless you specifically ask me to keep it in private or if there is a specific date for me to post it (ex. birthdays, release dates, etc.).
I have the right to use your commission as commission samples.
NO AI. Do not use my artworks to train AI.
NO NFTs. Do not convert or use any commissioned artwork into Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs).
You are not allowed to remove my watermark.

COMMISSION NOTES
Price is based on one (1) character + lighting + background only. Additional fees will be added depending on the complexity of the illustration.

All prices listed are for non-commercial use only and may change without prior notice.
For Simple Character Illustration- Additional Character will be charged with full base price. Complicated details (armor, clothing pattern, etc.) will be charged from 10 USD / 500 PHP to 20 USD / 1000 PHP.
For Full Illustration- Additional characters and complicated detail fees will be discussed privately through e-mail.
Deadline/Rush Fee - if you have a deadline or need to finish the commission in less than a week. This fee will be discussed privately.
Private commission - There will be an additional 10 USD / 500 PHP if you don't want your commission to be posted publicly in my socials or website.
Revisions - If you exceed more than 3 revisions, there will be an additional cost of 10 USD / 500 PHP per revision.

Fill out the order form. Choose a commission shot and type then kindly complete and include all the necessary information and references in the commission form.
Wait for my confirmation email. It usually takes me 1-2 business days to review all forms before sending a confirmation email to all applicants. Once I reach five (5) orders, the remaining will be placed on wait-list. This only applies if you have opted-in to be placed on wait list in your commission form.
Payment. You will be given an invoice once you are approved of a commission slot. Please do not send payments until you have received an invoice or payment form from me to avoid any possible inconveniences*.
Order Processing. An order code will be included in your confirmation email, once received. This order code will be your point of reference/ tracking number moving forward.
DISCLAIMER: This is not a first come, first served basis. Submitting a form first does not guarantee you a slot. Please wait for my confirmation email which will be sent to the email address you have provided in the form.*If you choose Paypal as your payment method, I will send you an invoice once I have received the order form. If you choose Gcash or BDO Online Banking as your payment method, you will need to submit a payment form which will be provided through email.

Sketching: This first part is the brainstorming and the initial rough draft phase of the commission. This phase is also when you confirm if you would like to proceed with the next steps or if you would like some major revisions done. These include change of pose, facial expression, background (if there is any) and etc.
Line Art + Base Colors: Clean-up of lines and adding base colors into the illustration. Revisions can still be made in this phase.
Painting and Rendering: Adding shadows, lighting, and other details into the character. Only minor revisions will be accepted in this phase. Major revisions will cost additional fees.
Adding Backgrounds and Lighting Effects: For full illustrations, I add backgrounds, color moods, and some lighting effects.

Yes, you can use my artworks as your PFP as long as you give me credit (@aequorine on twitter / @jeureza on IG). I will provide a low res version of your commission should you want to post it yourself.Can I use your art as my wallpaper or print it?
If you specifically stated in the commission that you want to use my pieces as your device wallpaper or print it, you can! Otherwise, I won’t allow reproduction, even for personal use.Can I edit your artworks?
